This retreat is exclusively for women. By booking, you confirm that you identify as a woman and that all information provided is accurate.

2. Booking & Payment

Your place is confirmed only upon full payment or agreed deposit.

All payments must be completed by the specified due date.

Prices are listed in the stated currency and include only the services outlined in the retreat description.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made on or before 30 May 2026: Full refund.

Cancellations made between 31 May 2026 and 14 July 2026: 50% refund.

Cancellations made on or after 15 July 2026: No refund.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

4. Transfers

Bookings may be transferred to another eligible participant (woman) with prior written approval.

The original participant is responsible for arranging the transfer.

5. Code of Conduct

To ensure a safe and supportive environment for all participants:

Respect, kindness, and inclusivity are expected at all times.

Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Participants must follow instructions from retreat facilitators and staff.

The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these standards without refund.

6. Health & Personal Responsibility

Participants are responsible for their own physical and mental well-being.

Any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or dietary restrictions must be disclosed in advance.

Participation in activities (e.g., yoga, workshops) is voluntary and at your own risk.

7. Liability Waiver

The retreat organizers are not liable for personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

8. Travel & Accommodation

Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements unless explicitly included.

9. Changes & Cancellation by Organizer

In the unlikely event the retreat is canceled, participants will receive a full refund of payments made (excluding travel costs or other external expenses).
