Terms & Conditions

By registering for a Root & Rise Retreat:

1. Booking & Payment:
   All bookings are confirmed upon full payment unless otherwise agreed. Payments are non-refundable unless the retreat is canceled by Root & Rise Retreats.

2. Cancellation & Refunds:
   If you cancel your booking, please refer to our cancellation policy for details. We reserve the right to cancel retreats due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case participants will receive a full refund.

3. Health & Safety:
   Participants are responsible for informing the retreat team of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations. Root & Rise Retreats is not liable for any health-related issues arising from participation.

4. Liability:
   While we strive to create a safe and nurturing environment, participants attend retreats at their own risk. Root & Rise Retreats is not responsible for personal belongings or incidents outside of our organized sessions.

5. Code of Conduct:
   Respect and mindfulness are expected from all participants. Any behavior that disrupts the retreat experience may result in dismissal without refund.
